Tara Strong (b. February 12, 1973-) is a Canadian actor who plays the role of Tutu in the animated series Little Bear. Her name was credited as Tara Charendoff due to her not being married at the time. Other voice talents she is notable for include Timmy Turner from The Fairly OddParents and Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
